PHD COACHING
1-on-1 advice package
Overview
Our PhD Coaching helps PhD candidates who are approaching the end of their PhD to complete their project with more clarity, confidence and less stress.
The final stage of a PhD is often the hardest: motivation dips, the to-do list feels endless, and progress can stall even though the finish line is close. In individual coaching sessions, you work through exactly what is holding you back and leave with a realistic, personal plan to bring your PhD to a strong close.
PhD Coaching is the 1-to-1 version of our popular PhD Completion Club (PhD Mastermind) – for candidates who prefer individual guidance over a group setting, or who want to work through a very specific, personal challenge.
How we work
In your coaching sessions, we look closely at your individual situation, clarify your goals for finishing your PhD, and develop concrete, realistic next steps together. Your coach helps you reflect on what’s really holding you back, offers an outside perspective, and keeps you accountable in between sessions.
You can book a single session to work through one specific issue, or several sessions to accompany you through the final phase of your PhD.
Coaching mode
PhD Coaching is offered in 60-minute individual sessions that are virtually held via video-conferencing tools. Book a single session or a series, depending on what you need.
Target group
- PhD candidates in the final stage of their PhD (typically from the 3rd year onwards) who want to finish within the next months.
- Candidates who feel stuck, overwhelmed or unmotivated and want individual support to get back on track.
- Anyone who prefers confidential 1-to-1 coaching over a group format like the PhD Completion Club.
